She said yes, I said Wow....

Well I really do need to update this thing. I have been neglecting my duties as a writer and such . Anyway highlights right now. I have a girlfriend named Christine and it has been a blast hanging out with her. We usually go on walks or go to the bridge and just talk about things in our lives. We can pretty much do most anything together and just have fun trying out new things. On the bright side her parents like me along with her grandparents as well. Her parents though live out in California which is where she is originally from but I do not care too much about that. I think it will be interesting to go out there and see her family and such. From what it sounds like her family is kind of crazy but so is mine.
Other thing is one last issue of newspaper to go through then on to the multi media project. I think we are doing light graffiti which is an interesting way to look at art. Other homework includes working on this business plan which I am kind of stressing out over but in reality it really do not seem that I am. I tend to keep things like that on the back burner till it is almost time to present. But fortunately my group has pulled together and by tonight the website should be up and running for "pretend" orders. Then after that I can relax just for a bit and then start to work on other homework.

Overall only one more week till I graduate then I go take finals then be done with this semester. Overall I have enjoyed my time here at Cowley and I plan on transferring to NWOSU to partake in the activities down there. I am sure my experiences will help me out quite a bit down there.

Timing is Always Late...

Here I am procrastinating now still. I swear I need to do something about it before it really does take over my life and I never accomplish what I want. I am enrolling hopefully for NWOSU tomorrow but I may not be able to fully because of transcripts and forms that have not been filled out. If that is the case then I will not be that happy at all. Hopefully though that will not be the case *knocks on wood*. I am hoping to at least get the basic ground work set out and if I am able to do that then I will be set for fall semester. Then I can finally relax a bit and work on my other issues. One of them is working on a graduation issue then working on the regular paper itself.

I am also hoping that people are able to cope with who they are and what they want out of life. I have been talking to my friends and it seems each one is going through the same things I am which makes sense. College is mostly a new part in peoples lives and with all the opportunities that go along with it. I am hoping that some of my friends make the most of their talents and fulfill their dreams. One of my friends already has her eyes set on a college and is in the stages of getting her schedule and such. I am pretty stoked about that. I am sure she will go far with whatever she plans to do. My other friend is really confused about what college to pick but I know she will pull through since she has God's grace on her side.

I am just on a path that seems to wind in circles until I find out what I really want to do in life. Hopefully I will be able to do figure that out when I am at NWOSU :-)

Cow Pie Anyone?

Today I worked cattle and took pictures from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
I am pretty much burnt from head to toe and to top it off I have no wish to see another hamburger for a while. I have seen too many bulls get castrated and was surprised at how easy and messy the operation was. On top of that I found out that you do not get between a cow and her calf >.<
Other than that the day was good and I got a ton of pictures. Some of them are more disturbing that others but overall a decent time well spent.
Plus the food was amazing. We had a cook out there smoking meats and vegetables and it was about the best smoked meat I have had in a while.
Other than that I have been working on other homework and college applications. Hopefully I will be able to finish my taxes before thursday as well :-)

Well off I go to plunder for treasure and hope :-P

New Band....

Recently I have been listing to Manic Drive and I am impressed. For being a Canadian Rock Band they are not too bad and the electronic part of the music is great. Plus being a Christian band but also being rock is a plus. I was able to get their single Closer for free but my favorite song would have to be Walls.
I will have to find a CD sometime later or just copy the music from a friend....

High School

My best friend on the whole word would have to be Wyatt. I have known him since we were in fifth grade and we have grown since then. We first started out collecting gundam mobile suits and after that video games. We played Armored Core ever since it came out on the Playstation 2. We even found a way to play the game together on different consoles. Took us forever in a day to find the item on ebay but we managed to it was great.
Other than that we have spent time playing airsoft. I am not really for sure what I would do without my best friend. I do not think I could call my friend out in the middle of the blue just to talk about the latest game.

I am glad that I have a best friend in him and if I do get married he would definitely be my best man.
