Updating my blog is going to have to be a class or a full time job otherwise I am going to forget.
Right now school work is piling up like crazy and working out at 6 a.m. is the pits but it has to be done. On the bright side I have been hanging out with a certain someone and it has been a blast so far. I am a little sad though that school is almost over for me at Cowley. I wish it was not true but it is.
Oh well the future is bright as ever and I have talked to one of my teachers about the military. I have been thinking about it most of my high school career and will ponder on it later in life after I graduate with my bachelors degree. If I do go for the military I am going into officer training instead of enlisting since the pay is better and such. If that does not work out I may go to China and teach English to children. Since the cost of living is low and pay is good I would be better off that way.
Either way traveling is good and visiting countries and seeing how they are cooperating with the economy is a great experience.

Fun Night....
The other day I managed to crawl out of bed around noon which is great because I did not go to bed till 3 a.m. After crawling out of bed and eating my usual cereal I checked my e-mail and other usual websites. Then I headed over to my friend dorm to watch Star Trek. The movie is by far one of the best ones I have seen other than maybe Avatar.
After watching Star Trek my friends and I headed back to my dorm to partake in Monopoly. Well that game lasted five hours plus we added even more quotes to the quote board. There are about 10 quotes right now and more being added all the time. My favorite one though would have to be "I want to feel it...I want to rub against it" from my friend Lucas talking about getting his 2 million every time he passed go and had to pay the 2 million because of income tax.
I managed to come out on top somehow which is amazing since I was pretty much losing the entire time.
Overall the day was great and the snow did not seem to bother us one bit. Only one day left of spring break though =(
All my things are on the left hand side of the picture and all the money. =)

Haircuts...
I have been debating lately on haircuts. I noticed that every time I wear my business suits and such I look tacky with my long hair. But on the other hand I do like my curly hair because I always got my hair cut with a buzzer. But I am thinking about perhaps getting something in the middle but not really for sure. I kind of just want to get a haircut where it is low maintenance but I can still do some things with it. I will have to look into it but I may just have my hair chopped off to where it is around half an inch and see how that turns out.
Guess I better get an appointment setup with my stylist and see what she thinks...

Spring Time At Last...
Sunday was by far the best day of my spring break I would say. Both my roommate and I woke up around noon to enjoy the festivities planned for the day. We managed to leave the room at 1:30 to partake in soccer, Frisbees and tennis. Unfortunately we only managed to do soccer but the other events will be in the future.
After that ordeal there was a fiesta of sorts going on in the park and the people joined in on the kicking of the soccer ball. Everyone decided to start a soccer game and we did. The game was three on three and I was a forward and Shawn was a goalie. I am pretty much going to say that I have more respect for soccer players now especially forwards and midfielders. It takes quite a bit to run and to keep the ball as well. With that said by the time the game was over I was pretty much dead tired but still wanted to play tennis. We decided against the idea and head to Wal-Mart instead. Along the way we stopped at subway to get some food. That was about the best time to eat and I enjoyed paying for my five dollar foot long sandwich.
We then went on to Wal-Mart to buy some more supplies and such. I managed to get some food and other things as well for my truck and such. Now I just have to get the oil changed and the headlights adjusted on my truck and I will be set.
On another note I found out that I am really not in that great of physical shape that I thought I was. I guess I will be hitting the gym more and learning even more exercises to do in the future. Now on to relaxation and work. Yes I know it may suck but have to make money somehow and feed myself and others. Wednesday though looks to be even a better day.

Amigos
Well last night was actually quite fun. Instead of doing my homework I decided to relax and just have fun. Since dinner was cancelled till the 21 my friends and I decided to get chinese. The chinese buffet on the north side of town is amazing. I had octopus for the first time and was quite delighted with it. And to top it off I went to the movies with some other friends. It was quite entertaining to see shutter island. It threw my for a loop at the ending but I was thinking something like that would happen. What I did not know was that my teacher was there as well which threw me for a loop.
After the movies I went back to my place with my friends and watch Hurt Locker. Now that I have officially seen the entire thing the movie is amazing. I will probably watch it a couple of more times but overall it is worth seeing.
After the movie I went back to my friends place and chatted for another hour till curfew then made my way back to my room. Funny thing was I talked to my friend for another hour on facebook. (yes I know I have no life right now =P)
I eventually went to sleep reading my favorite comic questionable content which I would like to say thanks to Elyse for =)
If the weather holds out like I want it to I may finally be able to go biking which would be awesome =]

Sad times indeed...
Well I guess even the best plans can go astray.
I was planning on going to Iowa this spring break to visit my friends up there but unfortunately the plan fell apart right at the last minute. =(
I really do wish that plans do not end at the last minute. I really do feel sorry about not going up there but there is pretty much no one else that would go with me at the last minute plus people already made plans for break.
On the bright side I may just go take a road trip some where with my friends even if it is not to Iowa. Maybe I will go to Emporia and visit my friends up there. Or perhaps I will just fill up my truck with gas and drive and see where life takes me. I think Texas is like five hours away and that would be fun quite a bit.
Other than that working and homework will probably take the most time. When I do go home though I plan on working around the house and playing with my new dog.
Other than that life is decent I guess...

Odd Situations
Amazing enough I tend to drop anything for friends whether they be a guy or a girl.
Just the other day I walked to jumpstart and back with this girl since she likes to go out for walks. It all started after the musical (which was really good in my opinion) and she wanted to go walking. We walked to jumpstart then walked passed the college. Then went to Paris Park for a little bit till we called it a night. It was quite fun just walking and chatting. It is quite different than chatting to someone face to face rather than the Internet or cellphone. It was quite fun nonetheless though. You just learn much more that way I think.
I also tend to be a person that people will just unload on. If people are having a bad day they will just talk to me about their problems and such. I am just fine with it and it gives me a sense of accomplishment.
I am hoping that after a while everything will cool down but who knows. It really does seem that life is a highway with no speed limit or stops. It just keeps on going and will not stop for anyone.

New Sister...
I sent a text to my mom friday saying I was coming home. I got a reply saying ok and cannot wait till you see the new addition to the family. I replied saying umm ok I guess?
After I got off work I ate dinner, hanged out with my roommate then headed home.
When I got home I heard a wining noise and saw something in the dog pen. I pretty much thought one of the dogs got out again and went inside. I looked inside and noticed nothing different and went back outside. Lord and behold the dog that I thought got out was the new addition to our family. Her name is Bell based from Beauty and the Beast or so my mom said anyway XD
She is a four year old chocolate lab that pretty much whimpers when she is ignored. I also found out she likes jumping quite a bit since she manages to be jumping our fences. Any who turns out one of our dogs died a couple of weeks ago and my mom found out about this dog.
Well I think it is a good match and hope it will be in the future.

Juggling Act
Juggling never really was my forte of mine and now it is kicking my rear.
Thanks to my procrastination (who knew) I am falling behind in quite a number of things. Most of importantly though I am falling behind in my school work.
Newspaper is really kicking my butt thanks to me putting things off till the last minute. I barely got my stories turned in let alone in working order. I only had two stories this issue but I just put them off. I really wish I could control this monster but it seems to be winning right now unfortunately. But I am going to say enough is enough. Starting Sunday I am going to go back to church (hurray for me =)) and then work on my homework and newspaper till I finish it. I also plan on going back into my workout routine even if it is just for a week because of spring break coming up. I plan on at least getting ready for cycling season.
The biggest obstacle I have now is all the distractions in my room. TV, computers, video games, etc., etc. I will just have to tune them out till I finish school. Whether that is possible or not only the future will tell.
One thing I do hope that will help is filling out my calendar. I believe if I can visually see deadlines due I will be more willing to work on them sooner.
Anyway more power to whoever can accomplish their goals in life and stick to them.

Night...
But for some odd reason I just cannot seem to do some things right but at least I am trying to say the least. Guess I will see what path I am on and pass what obstacles God has placed there for me. I am hoping that it is not more than I can handle but I am sure he knows my limits.
I just wish my friends were not as stressed out and depressed. I know how that can be and I always push myself out of that hole no matter what it takes.
Lost Communication...
Like most people in college, high school just seems like a distant memory but some times the friends that we make carry over. I unfortunately I have been neglecting those relationships and feel horrible about them. Seems like classes and work just keep me away from the people I hangout with. Just the other day I worked on homework for five hours and still was not finished with my assignments. I am hoping this week goes smoothly though.
On the bright side of things I was finally able to hangout with my high school buddies sunday night partaking in our favorite pastime airsoft. Since we have played airsoft since high school that is what has kept us all together. We always have a blast playing and have even made some videos of our battles. With all the stuff that has happened to us such as bruises and blood we still play. With that being said I am hoping the next time we can all hangout will be warmer since we like to play in the middle of the night. I remember one time we played for one five hour long game and when we were finished the sun was coming up. That was about the longest game we have ever played.
Well I am glad that all of my friends are together and who knows. If we ever manage to go to a high school reunion I am sure it would be the funniest thing we have ever done other than perhaps some of the pranks we pulled.
Anyway great times with great company. Just wish rose bushes were not in my way when I an running at full speed =P
